Description

Delightful, rich, and chocolatey mini brownie bites, perfect for parties or as a sweet snack anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray your mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter with the sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. If desired, stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Dust with powdered sugar or serve with ice cream for extra indulgence. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
