Ingredients

- 12 oz frozen ravioli
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Layer half of the ravioli on top of the sauce.
- Add half of the ricotta cheese and sprinkle with a third of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers: marinara sauce, ravioli, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil.
Notes
This dish can be assembled a day in advance and refrigerated before baking. For gluten-free, use gluten-free ravioli and marinara.
