- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the baking dish.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the chicken. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
