Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the baking dish.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the chicken. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let the chicken rest, garnish with parsley, and serve.
