  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken in a resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag tightly or cover the dish. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
