- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix the minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika until well combined.
- Place the chicken in a resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag tightly or cover the dish. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- Transfer the marinated chicken to the prepared baking dish, pouring any remaining marinade on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
