Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cantaloupe or honeydew melon
  • Prosciutto slices
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Lemon (optional)
  • Black pepper (optional)
  • Pomegranate seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the melon in half and scoop out the seeds.
  2. Cut the melon into thin wedges and peel off the rind.
  3. Wrap each wedge with a slice of prosciutto.
  4. Optionally, drizzle with olive oil or squeeze lemon over top.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use room temperature fruit for better flavor. Tear prosciutto by hand for a rustic look. Add ingredients just before serving to keep prosciutto tender.
