- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and brown sugar to create the glaze.
- Coat the meatloaf generously with half of the glaze.
- Bake for 1 hour, applying the remaining glaze halfway through the cooking time.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Meatloaf can be frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat, thaw and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes.
