- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 3/4 cup milk (any kind)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Whisk matcha powder with a splash of hot water till smooth.
- Combine oats, chia seeds, salt, milk, and sweetener in a jar or bowl.
- Pour in the matcha mixture and stir well.
- Seal and chill overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
- The next morning, stir and add Greek yogurt or toppings if desired.
