Ingredients

  • 8 oz Mozzarella Balls
  • 8 oz Goat Cheese
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (e.g., basil, thyme)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (whole or minced)
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tbsp Black Peppercorns
  • 1 cup Pitted Olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the feta cheese and goat cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a clean mason jar, layer the cheeses, mozzarella balls, and pitted olives if using.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic, chili flakes, lemon zest, and black peppercorns. Mix well.
  4. Pour the olive oil mixture over the cheese and olives in the jar until everything is covered.
  5. Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow flavors to blend.
