A delicious and versatile dressing combining tahini, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard, great for salads and roasted veggies.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Tahini
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, crushed
  • 24 tablespoons Water
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add ½ cup of tahini.
  3. Pour in 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup and stir gently to combine.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and whisk thoroughly.
  5. Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and whisk again until smooth.
  6. Add 1 clove of crushed garlic and mix well.
  7. Gradually add 2 tablespoons of water, whisking until the desired consistency is reached.
  8. Add a pinch of salt and whisk to combine.
  9. Transfer the dressing to a clean jar or bottle and seal tightly. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  10. Shake or stir well before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake before use.
