- ½ cup Tahini
- 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 2–4 tablespoons Water
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add ½ cup of tahini.
- Pour in 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup and stir gently to combine.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and whisk thoroughly.
- Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and whisk again until smooth.
- Add 1 clove of crushed garlic and mix well.
- Gradually add 2 tablespoons of water, whisking until the desired consistency is reached.
- Add a pinch of salt and whisk to combine.
- Transfer the dressing to a clean jar or bottle and seal tightly. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Shake or stir well before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake before use.
