Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced into twists
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the maple syrup and minced garlic. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- In a skillet, cook the marinated chicken on medium heat until golden and cooked through.
- In a separate pan, combine heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, and Parmesan cheese to make the Alfredo sauce. Stir until the cheese melts.
- Serve the chicken bites with the Spicy Cajun Alfredo sauce and crispy Brussels sprouts on the side.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop until hot. For the Brussels sprouts, reheat in the oven to regain crunch.
