Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine frozen mango, pineapple, banana, coconut water (or almond milk), Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt), and honey (or maple syrup) if using.
- Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until the mixture resembles soft-serve, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the smoothie to bowls and top with sliced fresh mango, toasted coconut, chia seeds, and a squeeze of lime.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing bowl!
Notes
Use a high-speed blender for best results, keeping at least half the fruit frozen for a thick texture. Serve in chilled bowls to maintain temperature.
