Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 fresh habanero pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and roast until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
- While the cauliflower bakes, blend the mango, habanero, lime juice, and honey until smooth to make the sauce.
- Once the cauliflower is crispy, toss it in the mango habanero sauce.
- Return the coated cauliflower to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to set the glaze.
Notes
Let the wings cool slightly before tossing in the sauce to retain crispiness. For a milder sauce, adjust the amount of habanero used.
