Hearty and flavorful cauliflower wings coated in a sweet and spicy mango habanero sauce, perfect for snacks or appetizers.

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ripe mango
- 2 habanero peppers
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, water, salt, and pepper to make the batter.
- Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce by blending the mango, habanero peppers, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
- Once the wings are baked, toss them in the mango habanero sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute regular flour with almond flour or a gluten-free flour blend. Don’t skip the cornstarch for a crispy texture!
