- 1 cup Greek Yogurt (plain)
- 1–2 tablespoons Honey (adjust based on preference)
- 1 cup Milk or Orange Juice (for blending)
- 1 handful Ice Cubes (for chilling and texture)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and prepare them by peeling and segmenting the mandarins and chopping the banana.
- Place the mandarin segments into the blender first.
- Add the chopped banana to the blender.
- Scoop in the Greek yogurt.
- If using honey, add it now.
- Pour in the milk or orange juice.
- Blend on high until smooth, adjusting the liquid if necessary.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and fully integrated.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen bananas for a creamier texture and to keep the smoothie colder. Add more milk or orange juice for a thinner consistency.
