- 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and chop sweet potatoes into chunks.
- Boil sweet potato chunks in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain, return to the pot, and add butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mash until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with chopped pecans and mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
Notes
For smoother texture, mash sweet potatoes when hot. Add vanilla extract for extra flavor. Adjust sweetness with brown sugar. Toast pecans for extra crunch.
