- 12-inch pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 8 ounces low-moisture part-skim shredded mozzarella
- 20–30 slices turkey pepperoni
- Vegetables (bell pepper, red onion, mushrooms)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and preheat a pizza stone for at least 30 minutes.
- Stretch the dough to a thin 12-inch round and par-bake for 4–6 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the par-baked crust.
- Add shredded mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, and desired vegetables on top.
- Bake on the pizza stone for 8–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
Notes
For a crispier crust, use a pizza stone and preheat properly. keep toppings dry to avoid sogginess.
