Scale

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Bake fries at 425°F on a rimmed sheet pan until golden, about 25–30 minutes, flipping once.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder; drain excess fat and stir in ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spread hot fries on a clean sheet pan, top with burger meat and shredded cheese.
- Broil under a hot broiler for 2–4 minutes until cheese bubbles and browns slightly.
- Finish with chopped green onions, pickles, or ranch and serve immediately.
Notes
Pour off excess fat from the browned meat for better texture. Watch the broiler closely to avoid burning.
