- 8 oz pasta, cooked
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Cook the bacon in the skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a large pot, combine heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally.
- Once it simmers, stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and browned ground beef to the sauce, then stir in crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
- Combine everything until well mixed and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, season the ground beef while cooking. You can customize with any pasta, and add crushed red pepper flakes for heat.
