Description

Juicy, marinated chicken topped with fresh veggies and wrapped in rice cups, making a delicious and versatile meal option.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cups sushi rice or jasmine rice
  • Fresh toppings (sliced green onions, sesame seeds, pickled vegetables)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a pan, cook marinated chicken until caramelized and tender.
  4. Assemble the rice cups by pressing rice into a muffin tin, adding chicken and fresh toppings on top.
