Description

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh key lime juice (about 68 limes)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment, leaving an overhang.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the pan and par-bake for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Whisk together eggs, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest.
  4. Pour filling over the hot crust and bake at 325°F for 15–18 minutes until the center barely jiggles.
  5. Cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
