Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment, leaving an overhang.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the pan and par-bake for 8–10 minutes.
- Whisk together eggs, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest.
- Pour filling over the hot crust and bake at 325°F for 15–18 minutes until the center barely jiggles.
- Cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
