Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the turkey breast generously with salt and pepper.
- Roast the turkey breast in a roasting pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the turkey is roasting, prepare the glaze by simmering the cranberry sauce, orange juice, and zest in a saucepan until well combined.
