Description

A vibrant, wobbly delight, Jini’s Homemade Jello brings nostalgia and endless flavor possibilities to the table.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup cold fruit juice (of choice)
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
  • Fresh fruits for topping (berries, peaches)
  • Whipped cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bloom the gelatin in cold water for a few minutes.
  2. Dissolve the bloomed gelatin in hot water, stirring until fully melted.
  3. Stir in cold juice and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).
  5. Once set, gently remove from molds and serve topped with fresh fruits and whipped cream.

Notes

Use silicone molds for easy removal and creative shapes.
