Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup cold fruit juice (of choice)
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
- Fresh fruits for topping (berries, peaches)
- Whipped cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin in cold water for a few minutes.
- Dissolve the bloomed gelatin in hot water, stirring until fully melted.
- Stir in cold juice and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).
- Once set, gently remove from molds and serve topped with fresh fruits and whipped cream.
Notes
Use silicone molds for easy removal and creative shapes.
