Description

A delightful treat that combines the creamy indulgence of pudding with the refreshing chill of a popsicle, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package instant pudding mix (your favorite flavor)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Optional: crushed fruit (strawberries, bananas) or nuts for mix-ins

Instructions

  1. Prepare the instant pudding mix according to package instructions using cold milk.
  2. Pour the pudding mixture into popsicle molds, filling slightly under the rim.
  3. If using, add popsicle sticks or mix-ins like crushed fruit.
  4. Transfer molds to the freezer and let them chill until completely solid (approximately 4-6 hours).
  5. To unmold, run the exterior of the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
  6. Serve on their own or with fresh fruit/chocolate sauce.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute regular milk with almond, coconut, or soy milk. Ensure pudding mix is gluten-free if needed.
