Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a pot covered with water for about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from heat, cover, and let sit.
- After cooling under cold water, peel the eggs and mash them gently in a bowl.
- Mix the mashed eggs with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until combined to your liking.
- Spread the egg mixture generously on two slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices.
- Cut into halves or quarters and serve immediately.
