Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix warm chicken with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded cheeses, chopped jalapeños, and cooked bacon.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch dish.
- Mix panko or crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and the topping is golden.
- Ensure the center reaches 165°F (74°C) before serving.
