Scale
  • 1 tube of Pillsbury pizza crust
  • 10 slices of Genoa salami
  • 12 slices of sandwich pepperoni
  • 8 slices of provolone cheese or mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  4. Layer the deli meats starting with the Genoa salami, followed by the pepperoni.
  5. Layer the cheese last on top of the meats.

  7. Pinch the ends to seal them and fold the excess dough underneath.
  8. Score the top of the Stromboli a few times with a serrated knife to help steam escape.

  10. Bake the Stromboli in the oven until it is golden brown.

Notes
