Ingredients

- 1 tube of Pillsbury pizza crust
- 10 slices of Genoa salami
- 12 slices of sandwich pepperoni
- 8 slices of provolone cheese or mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Melt the butter in the microwave and mix in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Set this mixture aside.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stretch the pizza crust to almost the size of the baking sheet.
- Layer the deli meats starting with the Genoa salami, followed by the pepperoni.
- Layer the cheese last on top of the meats.
- Roll the Stromboli lengthwise and seal the seam well.
- Pinch the ends to seal them and fold the excess dough underneath.
- Score the top of the Stromboli a few times with a serrated knife to help steam escape.
- Brush the top with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake the Stromboli in the oven until it is golden brown.
Notes
Let it cool slightly before slicing, and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
