- 1/2 lb sliced provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
- 1 clove garlic (optional, for infused butter)
Instructions

Notes
For best results, toast the cut faces of the rolls before assembly and ensure cheese is evenly distributed to prevent sogginess.
