- 4 liters water

Instructions
- Bring 4 liters of water to a rolling boil in a large pot.
- Add 200g of soba noodles horizontally and stir gently to prevent clumping.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until the noodles are al dente.
- Immediately drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water for 1 minute to remove excess starch.
- Serve in small portions with desired toppings and dipping sauces.
- For cold soba, present over a bamboo mat with cold dipping sauce.
- For hot soba, dip in hot water or broth before serving.
Notes
Using enough water and avoiding overcooking are key for the perfect texture. Rinsing is essential to achieve non-sticky noodles.
