- 1 1/2 teaspoons five spice powder
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, dry sherry, sugar, and five spice powder until well combined.
- Use immediately as a marinade or glaze, or store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Notes
This sauce can also be used as a dip or spread. It’s great for enhancing the flavors of dumplings, spring rolls, and sandwiches.
