Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices thick-cut sourdough or whole grain bread
  • 1 medium apple, sliced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
  2. Place one slice of bread in the skillet and layer with cheese and apple slices.
