- 4 Granny Smith apples, chopped
- 4 Honeycrisp apples, chopped
- 2 cups grapes, sliced
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped apples and sliced grapes.
- Add in chopped pecans and dried cranberries.
- Drizzle lemon juice and honey over the mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a nut-free version, replace pecans with sunflower seeds. To keep the salad fresh, store dressing separately until serving.
