Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil sweet potatoes until tender, then mash until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, coconut milk, sugar, eggs, and spices.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are well blended and smooth.
