- 2 cups sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil sweet potatoes until tender, then mash until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, coconut milk, sugar, eggs, and spices.
- Mix until all ingredients are well blended and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
