- 1 cup toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and water to form a soft dough, adjusting the water as needed.
- Let the dough rest for at least 15-30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and flatten each piece in your palm.
- Place a small amount of sweet red bean paste in the center of each piece and shape it into a ball, sealing the filling inside.
- Roll each ball in toasted sesame seeds to coat evenly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the sesame balls in batches until they are golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm or at room temperature.
