Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers until crumbly and combine with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into a pie plate and chill to set.
  3. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  5. Spread the mixture into the chilled crust.
  6. Chill pie for a few hours to help it set before slicing.

Notes

For homemade whipped cream, beat 1 cup of cold heavy cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar until fluffy. This dessert can last about 4 days in the fridge but freezes well for up to a month.
