- 1 lb lean ground beef (85/15)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup cheese (provolone or Cheez Whiz)
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.
- Add chopped onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Toast hoagie rolls in the oven.
- Load the beef mixture into the rolls and top with cheese.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
