Description

A delightful twist on the classic burger, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs combine seasoned ground beef and melting cheese enveloped in flaky biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cubed cheese (sharp cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted garlic butter
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Seasoning (salt and pepper to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic and seasoning until cooked through.
  3. Add the cubed cheese to the skillet and mix until melted.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling, sealing it well.
  7. Brush with melted garlic butter, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
