- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cubed cheese (sharp cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup melted garlic butter
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Seasoning (salt and pepper to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic and seasoning until cooked through.
- Add the cubed cheese to the skillet and mix until melted.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling, sealing it well.
- Brush with melted garlic butter, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
