Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 12 tablespoons orange zest
  • 23 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 pre-made or homemade pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and zest; cook until cranberries burst.
  3. Mix cornstarch with cold water, then add to the cranberry mixture to thicken.
  4. Fill the crust with the cranberry filling, and top with a lattice or crumb topping.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbling and golden.
