  • 1/4 cup orange juice (for soaking fruits)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
  2. Soak dried fruits in orange juice for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In one bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, spices).
  4. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time into the butter mixture.
  6. Stir in the soaked dried fruits and nuts.
