  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups crushed Oreos (about 15 cookies)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup crushed Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan with butter and flour to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk. Stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos to distribute evenly throughout the batter.
  4. Transfer the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle it over the cooled cake, and then sprinkle with additional crushed Oreos for a finishing touch.
