Description

A creamy, cheesy, and bacon-loaded dip that’s perfect for parties and gatherings. Easy to make, this dip is a crowd-pleaser that comes together quickly.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it on the counter for about 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the ranch seasoning and stir well. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Fold in most of the cheddar and bacon (save some for topping).
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Top with remaining cheese, bacon, and green onions just before serving.

Notes

Make ahead of time for better flavor. Can be served with chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping.
