- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped

- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon pepper sauce (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni with the sautéed mixture, cheeses, heavy cream, and pepper sauce; season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
