- 3 lb chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 jar (16 oz) pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and sear the roast until browned on both sides.
- Add the beef broth, ranch seasoning, and pepperoncini peppers to the pot.
- Seal the Instant Pot and set it to cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
- Once done, allow for natural pressure release for about 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
- Let the roast rest for about 10 minutes before shredding and serving.
Notes
For best results, ensure the roast is seared properly and do not skip on the resting time after cooking.
