Description

Perfectly cooked jasmine rice in the Instant Pot, delivering fluffy and aromatic results.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water to remove excess starch.
  2. Combine the rinsed rice and 2 cups of water in the Instant Pot.
  3. Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
  4. After cooking, allow a natural release for about 10 minutes.
  5. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.

Notes

Rinse the rice thoroughly to prevent stickiness and use the 1:1 water-to-rice ratio for best results.
