Scale
  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 ripe mangos, diced
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch or potato starch, for dusting
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the mango into small chunks.
  2. In a bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar, salt, and coconut milk until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a heatproof dish and steam for about 25 minutes.
  4. Allow the dough to cool slightly before handling.
  5. Dust your hands with cornstarch, take a bit of the dough, place a mango piece in the center, and roll it up.
  6. Repeat until all mango or dough is used.

Notes
