Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar cookie dough
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and eggs, mix until well blended.
  4. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased springform pan to form the crust.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door cracked to prevent cracks.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  9. Top with whipped cream and your choice of toppings before serving.
