- 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
- 3/4 cup fruit jam or fresh fruit compote
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until silky.
- Fold in the whipped heavy cream until well combined.
- Chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld and firm up.
- Spoon warmed fruit jam or compote on top and swirl gently.
Notes
For a lighter version, use 1/2 cup sour cream plus 1/2 cup whipped cream. Chill longer for better texture.
