Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (whole, almond, oat, or coconut)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice, as needed

Instructions

  1. Brew chai tea double-strength or use concentrate. Let cool.
  2. Blend heavy cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla until thick and frothy.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice. Add half chai concentrate and half milk. Stir gently.
  4. Spoon pumpkin cream cold foam over the top, letting it cascade into the drink.
  5. Sprinkle with pumpkin spice or cinnamon and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use whole milk or a rich non-dairy milk. Adjust sweetness to taste and consider adding a splash of caramel syrup for a twist.
