- 1 cup chai concentrate (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup milk (whole, almond, oat, or coconut)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup heavy cream or coconut cream
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Ice, as needed
- Optional topping: pumpkin spice or cinnamon sprinkle
Instructions
- Brew chai tea double-strength or use concentrate. Let cool.
- Blend heavy cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla until thick and frothy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice. Add half chai concentrate and half milk. Stir gently.
- Spoon pumpkin cream cold foam over the top, letting it cascade into the drink.
- Sprinkle with pumpkin spice or cinnamon and serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use whole milk or a rich non-dairy milk. Adjust sweetness to taste and consider adding a splash of caramel syrup for a twist.
