Ingredients
- Soba noodles
- Water (for boiling)
- Sesame oil (for storage)
- Rice vinegar (optional, for dressing)
- Soy sauce (optional, for dressing)
- Honey (optional, for dressing)
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and add soba noodles for 30 seconds to reheat.
- Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- For microwave reheating, place noodles in a bowl with a little water, cover, and heat in 15-second bursts until warmed.
- For cold soba, rinse under cool water for about a minute, then mix with sesame oil to prevent sticking.
- To reheat in soup, heat broth separately and add cold noodles just before serving to maintain texture.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook soba noodles to maintain their texture. Use airtight containers for storage and keep them refrigerated.
