- 1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut milk
- 2–4 tablespoons sweetener (honey, agave syrup, or sugar)
- 1/4 cup fruit jam
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (for a specific flavor)
Instructions
- Blend the fruit, yogurt, and sweetener until smooth.
- For creaminess, add cornstarch and blend again.
- Swirl in fruit jam for added flavor.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- Run the molds under warm water to easily release the popsicles.
