Instructions
- Blend fresh fruit, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
- If using, whisk cornstarch with a bit of cold liquid; heat the rest of the liquid and stir in the cornstarch mix until thickened.
- Dissolve gelatin in warm water and add to the mixture.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4-6 hours.
